General Rental Terms and Conditions Driver RequirementsMinimum age of 25 with a valid Class B driver?s license held for at least 3 years.
The contract holder will be the sole legal representative for the vehicle throughout the entire reservation period.
Reservation and Payment ProcessConfirmation: Payment of 30% of the total amount at the time of making the online reservation.
Remaining Balance: Payment of the remaining 70% is due 15 days prior to the pickup date.
Last-minute reservations (less than 15 days before departure) require immediate payment of 100% of the total amount.
Deposit and Insurance CoverageThe vehicle is covered by COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE with a ?900 deductible. This policy covers special camper liability, glass, 24/7 international assistance, camper conversion, fire, theft, weather events, and collisions with game animals.Deposit Amount: ?900.
Payment Method: Only via credit card pre-authorization in the name of the contract holder (48 hours before departure). Cash, debit cards, or bank transfers are not accepted for this purpose.
Refund: The deposit will be automatically released within 48 hours of return, after verifying the vehicle is in good condition.
