1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions govern the pre-contractual and contractual legal relationship arising from the reservation and subsequent rental of a camper van, specifically the Etrusco CV 600 DB Plus model (Fiat Ducato Automatic Chassis), formalized between the customer (hereinafter, the ?Renter?) and the commercial company Sity, Turismo e innovación, S.L. (hereinafter, the ?Lessor?).Making a reservation online or by phone implies the customer?s express, full, and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the conditions set forth herein.
2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RENTER AND DRIVERS
In order to pick up the vehicle and qualify as an authorized driver, the following requirements must be met at the time of formal delivery:Minimum age: The primary driver and all declared additional drivers must be at least [e.g., 25 years old].
Driver?s License: Must hold a valid Class B driver?s license in Spain, held for a minimum of [e.g., 2 years]. If you are not a resident of the European Union, you must provide a valid International Driving Permit along with your home country?s driver?s license.
Identification: Present a valid original ID card or passport for all drivers listed on the contract.

3. RESERVATION PROCESS, RATES, AND PAYMENTS
Prices: The applicable daily rates will be those published on the official website at the time of booking, broken down according to the seasonal calendar (Low Season at ?195/day, High Season at ?225/day, and Holy Week at ?225/day), with 21% VAT included.
Minimum Stays: The mandatory minimum stay requirements will be strictly enforced: Low Season (3 days), High Season (7 days), and Holy Week (5 days).
Reservation Confirmation: To confirm and secure the vehicle?s availability dates, the Renter must pay [e.g., 30% or 50%] of the total rental amount via the website?s secure payment gateway. The remaining amount will be paid in the days prior to pickup or at the time of physically signing the rental agreement.
Cumulative Discounts: The current discount program will be applied automatically: Long-Term Level 1 (7 to 10 nights: 10%), Level 2 (11 to 15 nights: 12%), Expert Level (more than 15 nights: 15%), Early Booking (bookings made more than 6 months in advance: 10%), and Vivemociones Club Members (10% flat rate).

4. MILEAGE POLICY
The rental price includes a mileage limit based on the total duration of the trip:Rentals up to 6 days in duration: Includes a cumulative limit of 300 km/day. Any kilometers exceeding the total count at the end of the contract will be billed at a rate of ?0.35/km.
Rentals of 7 days or more: Includes unlimited mileage at no additional cost to the customer.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT
Before physically picking up the vehicle, the Renter must provide a security deposit in the amount of [e.g., ?700 or ?800]. This security deposit will be secured by placing a hold or charge on a credit card (debit or prepaid cards are not accepted for this purpose) held by the Renter.The security deposit will be returned in full upon the contract?s expiration and following the corresponding technical inspection of the vehicle, within a maximum period of [e.g., 24 to 48 hours], provided the vehicle is returned undamaged, clean, with the tanks at the agreed-upon contractual level, and with all premium equipment (?Turnkey Experience?) intact.
6. RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
If the Renter decides to unilaterally terminate or cancel the confirmed reservation, the following penalty scale will apply to the amount paid as a reservation deposit:Cancellation more than [30] days prior to the start of the rental: [100%] refund of the amount.
Cancellation between [15 and 30] days in advance: Penalty of [50%] of the amount paid.
Cancellation less than [15] days in advance: Penalty of [100%] of the reservation amount, with no right to a refund.

7. DELIVERY, RETURN, AND CUSTODY OF VEHICLES
Turnkey Experience: The Lessor agrees to deliver the Etrusco CV 600 DB Plus vehicle in perfect working order, clean, disinfected, and equipped with all contracted premium amenities: complete bedding, tableware, kitchenware, microfiber towel set, cleaning kit, 3.7-meter Thule manual awning, and integrated LED lighting.
Location: Pickup and drop-off will take place at the agreed-upon location at the facilities of Sity, Turismo e innovación, S.L. in Badajoz.
Free Parking: The Lessor offers a free parking service for the customer?s personal vehicle at its facilities for the entire duration of the campervan rental. The Lessor is not liable for theft of items left inside the customer?s parked vehicle.

8. PROPER USE OF THE VEHICLE, PROHIBITIONS, AND INSURANCE
The Renter agrees to use the vehicle with due care, in compliance with the current Traffic Code.
The following is expressly prohibited: smoking inside the vehicle, using it to transport goods or subleasing it, driving on unpaved roads or hazardous terrain that could damage the camper?s undercarriage, and driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
The vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance with a deductible of [Insert insurance deductible amount, e.g., ?600 or ?700]. Damages not covered by the terms of the insurance policy or resulting from gross negligence on the part of the driver (such as using the wrong type of fuel) shall be the direct and exclusive responsibility of the Renter.
